Wuxi Hua'an Flanges Co., Ltd. is one of the largest flange and pipe fitting manufacturers in China. Located in Jiangyin City, our company is only nine kilometers away from both Zhangjiagang Port and Jiangyin Port and 150 kilometers away from Shanghai City, enjoying convenient transportation access.Our company was reestablished based on Jiangyin Huashi Huaxi Forging Works, which was established in 1984. A Joint-venture partnership was incorporated in 1990. Covering an area of 130,000 square meters, we have more than 850 employees; including 85 technical professionals. Equipped with over 300 modernized facilities, our company has digitalized lathes, DN600 and DN200 drill presses, hydraulic pushing machines and cold-forming hydraulic presses for bent-joint fittings. Hence, we can annually produce 18,000 metric tons of finished flanges and 5,000 metric tons of pipe fittings. More than 2,000 different items of products can be divided into such three major categories as stainless steel flanges, carbon steel flanges and pipe fittings. More than 90% of our products have been exported to 28 countries; including Japan, Germany, the UK, Italy and the USA. We produce flanges and pipe fittings according to the JIS, DIN, BS and ANSI standards, or as per customers' specifications.Our factory has implemented a complete quality control system, due to physical and chemical testing instruments and apparatus.
